Paying for your reservation online

When making reservations on our website, payment is carried out via Crédit Agricole’s secure server.

Two types of procedure are used:

• If your reservation is refundable or can be modified 3 days prior to the arrival date (in accordance with our Terms and Conditions), Crédit Agricole will initially conduct a pre-authorisation on the credit card provided on booking. Subsequently, 3 days prior to your arrival date, Crédit Agricole will debit from your credit card the total amount of the reservation, excluding any additional services.

• If your reservation is non refundable and cannot be modified, Crédit Agricole will debit the total amount of the reservation, excluding any additional services, from the credit card provided on booking.
  Cancellation conditions are provided on booking, when you enquire on our availabilities via our website.

Cancelling your reservation

In the event that you cancel or modify your reservation more than 3 days prior to the arrival date (before 12 noon), the pre-authorisation procedure will be cancelled and the credit card provided on booking will not be debited.
If your reservation is non refundable and cannot be modified, the entire amount will be due and Crédit Agricole will not reimburse any money.

Payment security

In order to ensure the security of your payments, Villa Novarina uses E-Transactions, the secure online payment solution of our financial partner Crédit Agricole. Your bank details will not, at any moment, be registered on our server.
During the fourth and final stage of your order, you will be automatically directed to the encrypted secure server of our financial partner.
