Reservation conditions for your stay
The establishment reserves the right to refuse your reservation in the event that certified official bodies do not validate your bank card number.
This reservation, guaranteed by your bank card number, is considered definitive (except for cancellation, complying with the conditions hereunder) from when your reservation number is communicated on the confirmation document:
- communicated online during the reservation.
- confirmed by e-mail at the address that you provided in the reservation form.
The payment of the reservation and additional services is carried out directly by the establishment, under said establishment’s conditions which you will be informed of on your arrival. The reservation is guaranteed at the rates and under the conditions indicated for that period. Room rates indicated on the reservation may be altered by the establishment, depending on the number of people occupying the room(s). These rates and conditions are likely not to be renewed for subsequent reservations.
Generally, you should arrive at the establishment before 9:00pm (local time of the establishment’s country).
In the event of reservations carried out on the hotel’s website, payment of accommodation is processed automatically by our financial partner (Crédit Agricole). Depending on cancellation conditions, the total amount of the stay (excluding additional services) shall be debited from the credit card provided on booking. This debit shall take place 3 days prior to arrival, or directly on reservation in the event that the reservation is non refundable and cannot be modified.
If you wish to use a different method of payment for your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation conditions for your reservation
A reservation may be cancelled up to 3 days prior to the arrival date, before 12 noon. Cancelling less than 3 days prior to the arrival date, not cancelling the reservation, or failing to come will result in the entire stay being charged at the rates indicated on booking.
The hotel reserves the right to apply different cancellation conditions during busy periods. These special cancellation conditions shall be communicated to you on booking and on your definitive confirmation.
Additional services
The term “additional services” covers all services excluding room rates. It refers in particular to breakfasts, drinks, garage hire, late check-out, etc.
These additional services shall be the subject of systematic invoicing on checking-out.
In the event that they are not indicated by the customer on checking-out, they may be invoiced and paid for after the customer’s departure via the credit card provided on booking.
Damage
In the event that an object belonging to the hotel is damaged, we reserve the right to invoice the amount for the repair to the customer, even after their departure.
For example, cleaning a room that has been smoked in shall be invoiced at €150 and shall be directly debited from the credit card provided.
